ELECTRONIC AND I.T. REPAIRS

Service Plus is one of New Zealand’s largest IT and electronic hardware repair service providers. Repairs are conducted in our workshops and onsite in the main centres where required.

DATA RECOVERY AND TRANSFER

Service Plus performs first level data recovery services to help get your data off your device in the case of failure. If it is outside our scope, we can recommend specialist providers to suit your requirements. If your device is to be replaced, we can transfer the data from your old device to your new one.

ASSESSMENT

Sometimes you just need your product to be assessed so that you can take further action (insurance claim, CGA claim, or escalation with supplier). Service Plus performs complete assessment, reporting, and quoting services.

PHONE SUPPORT

Service Plus provides NZ-based phone support services on behalf of some of the major manufacturers.

REVERSE LOGISTICS AND RETURNS PROCESSING

Logging, tracking, processing and assessing goods returned to stores or manufacturers. Consolidation and storage of goods waiting disposal or return.

E-CYCLING AND DISPOSAL - END-OF-LIFE MANAGEMENT
