    Flood Damaged?

    If your product was damaged by flood water in the Feb-23 floods - it may be contaminated and require special handling. If this is applicable - please note this in the problem description, and ensure to pack the unit in a sealed plastic bag, clearly marked as “Flood Damaged”. This will assist our staff to correctly handle it upon arrival.
  • Describe in as much detail as necessary for us to understand the problem your product has, or the service required. If the problem is intermittent, what conditions does it occur under? Battery Power, Only running certain applications, etc?
  • Do you have your data backed up? If you do not, and do not request data to be retained, it may be wiped during service work.
    NOTE: Service Plus takes no responsibility for loss of data under any circumstances.
  • Access Information Notes (Optional)

    IMPORTANT: Service Plus takes your privacy and security seriously. As diagnostics may require access to your device, you should remove the password/passcode, and any sensitive data. If you provide any credentials, you agree that you will change them once you receive your device back from servicing.

    Device UserName if applicable - may be used to log on and test for issues within the operating system itself.
    Device Password/PIN code - may be required to unlock device for testing, and data backup if requested. If the device is functional we encourage you to set this to a temporary password that you may change again after service.
    Please do NOT enter any online service credentials such as Microsoft, iCloud, Google, or similar.

        - Apple Watch - $50
        - Beats Audio - $50
    Computers:
        - Laptop / Desktop - $90
        - Apple / iMac - $90
        - Philips Monitors - $50
    Urgent Assessment - Jump the queue for initial assessment within 2 business hours.
        - Mobile Devices - $50 additional fee (not available for warranty repair to Apple products)
        - Computers - $110 additional fee (not available for warranty repair to Apple products)
  • Will you deliver/courier the unit to us, or would you like to utilise our ePak or PlusPak courier service?
            ePak - Up to Laptop Size - $25 within Island
                     - Up to 27" All-In-One/Monitor Size - Local - $25 within island up to ~75km
                     - Up to 27" All-In-One/Monitor Size - One Sector - $30 within island up to ~150km
                     - Up to 27" All-In-One/Monitor Size - Two Sector - $40 within island over 150km
            PlusPak - Up to Laptop Size - $35 within Island
