Devices don’t care about lockdowns and other COVID restrictions. They’ll still need attention regardless of what is happening in the world around them. From data recovery to repairs, they have to be looked after and that is why Service Plus is still at your service during all of this COVID-19 uncertainty.
Of course, things are operating quite differently during this latest outbreak, particularly in Auckland where, at the time of writing, we’re still operating under Level 3 restrictions. That means you can’t come in and take advantage of our usual on-site services. On-site services are available in Service Plus branches in Dunedin, Christchurch and Wellington. For those of you who live in other parts of the country, you can use our online booking system which allows you to get the repair process started as soon as possible. In fact, even if there is a Service Plus branch in your city, we would prefer you use this online system right now as this minimises the time spent at our premises which helps to protect you and our staff.
Our PlusPak and ePak integrated courier solutions will ensure you have access to the packaging and courier labels you need to send the device to us. When you request ePak, we send a courier label to you by email; simply print it off and attach it to your package. If you don’t have adequate materials for packaging, choose the PlusPak option. We will send a courier box, internal packing materials, instructions, and a return courier label. You can then call the courier to collect the package or drop it at your nearest PostShop and it will then be sent on to us.
This is the easiest and safest way to do things. If you do have to come into our premises – the ones offering an on-site service that is – you must contract trace and wear a mask, and follow the social distancing conditions we have in place.
Our courier pick up and return services worked very well when the pandemic first hit New Zealand in early 2020, and we are pleased to report that is working just as well this time around. It is fast, efficient and convenient and, at this point in time, the best way for you to take advantage of our experience and expertise.
