When we say we’re one of the largest independent IT and electronic service providers in the country, we mean it. While we have branches in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin, we’re not big-city focused. We’ve made a big effort to ensure customers from all over the country have access to the same high-quality services as those in the cities.  After all, not every town has easy access to someone authorised by Apple, Toshiba, BenQ, Beats Audio, Philips, and Xplore! So for every authorised Apple repair in Auckland or iPhone repair in Christchurch, we make it just as convenient for the smaller centres in both the North and South Islands and very easy for our regional customers to do business with us.

We’ve developed a system that makes us accessible to pretty much everyone in New Zealand; if a courier can come to your place, we can help you. It starts with our online booking system which allows you to get the repair process moving as soon as possible.

Our PlusPak and ePak integrated courier solutions ensure you have the packaging and courier labels you need to send the device to us.  If you request ePak, we email you a courier label which you can print and attach to your package.  If you don’t have suitable packaging materials, select PlusPak, and we will send you a pack including courier box, internal packing materials, instructions, and a return courier label.  You then either call the courier to collect the package, or drop it off at your nearest PostShop… and they will send it on to us.

We coordinate a nationwide network of couriers to transport items to and from our repair locations. To give you extra peace of mind, we have integrated our systems with couriers for Track & Trace purposes.

Of course, once the item is in our safe hands for a repair or service, it’s only natural that you’ll want to know how everything is getting on. We used to receive a lot of phone calls with enquiries of this nature, but we decided to streamline the process to make it easier for you to check the progress of your repairs. Our automated email and text updates will give you all the information you need.  And, you can check your job progress live online .
