As a result of the Covid-19 lockdown, NZ’s courier services have been overwhelmed. CourierPost, which is the primary service we use, have reported backlogs in their depots and delays of up to a week on overnight parcels.
Tracking of parcels can be done via our ServicePlusLIVE job tracking system, or directly from the link on notification emails. We are already following up on cases raised by customers and are seeking answers where possible.
