Covid19 – We’re open 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri

Update 14/3/2020:  Service Plus is fully open under Alert Level 2.  We have measures in place to reduce contact at our locations and we require a contact tracing card to be completed by every visitor.  Please ensure you complete our online form before coming in as it will minimise the time you need to spend at our premises.

We thank all our customers for their patience during this time.

______________

Update 24/3/2020:  Service Plus is open under the Level 3 Covid-19 lockdown.  We are providing our usual hardware repair services under the condition that the services can be provided in a safe manner.  We are minimising staff on-premises and some staff will still be working from home.

This means:

  1. We require all customers to log their repair online (this minimises time spent in our premises);
  2. We encourage contactless courier services to minimise interpersonal contact.  Our PlusPak and ePak integrated courier solutions are an excellent way to achieve this;
  3. Our premises are open under tight social distancing and sanitising conditions – reduced opening hours 9am to 4pm, Mon – Fri;
  4. All visitors to our premises will be logged for Contact Tracing;
  5. We are not performing on-site service during the Level 3 period.

If you have any questions please contact us on 0800 00 77 22 during business hours or service@serviceplus.co.nz.

We are delighted that NZ has made such great progress toward elimination of the virus.  With the above measures we are doing our bit to ensure the country remains secure.

Update 30/3/2020: We are currently operating on reduced hours: 9am to 4pm, Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

Update 27/3/2020:  Service Plus provides IT and Communications repair services to essential businesses and workers from home.  As such we are an Essential Service and will remain operational during the Covid-19 Alert Level 4.

We are strictly adhering to the definitions of Essential Service and Essential Entities as defined on the Government’s Covid-19 website.  Maintaining IT equipment to allow workers to work from home is considered essential.  Do not send us non-essential devices (e.g. music devices) as we will not proceed with repairs on those devices.

We have implemented changes to ensure we can continue to provide a high level, safe service to our customers.

We are operating with the minimum staff onsite in our premises to minimise risk of virus transmission.  We are also encouraging customers to utilise courier services (e.g. our PlusPak service) rather than entering our premises.  We have arrangements in place at each reception to avoid direct contact between our staff and customers.  We have taken extensive sanitation measures.

We hope all our customers and their families stay well.  We agree with the measures undertaken by the Government and feel that we can all make the difference to stop the virus in its tracks.

If you have any questions re the service, please contact us.

Estimate time of completion: 30th April 2020, 5:00 PM
