Covid19 – We’re operating on a restricted basis for Essential Devices only
Update 30/3/2020: We are currently operating on reduced hours: 9am to 4pm, Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).
Update 27/3/2020: Service Plus provides IT and Communications repair services to essential businesses and workers from home. As such we are an Essential Service and will remain operational during the Covid-19 Alert Level 4.
We are strictly adhering to the definitions of Essential Service and Essential Entities as defined on the Government’s Covid-19 website. Maintaining IT equipment to allow workers to work from home is considered essential. Do not send us non-essential devices (e.g. music devices) as we will not proceed with repairs on those devices.
We have implemented changes to ensure we can continue to provide a high level, safe service to our customers.
We are operating with the minimum staff onsite in our premises to minimise risk of virus transmission. We are also encouraging customers to utilise courier services (e.g. our PlusPak service) rather than entering our premises. We have arrangements in place at each reception to avoid direct contact between our staff and customers. We have taken extensive sanitation measures.
We hope all our customers and their families stay well. We agree with the measures undertaken by the Government and feel that we can all make the difference to stop the virus in its tracks.
